Died on the Fourth of July

4th-July_picture

American sweetheart, Mrs Caroline New-England has suffered an unhappy marriage to her English husband and plans to host a tea party on 4th July to celebrate her decision to end the relationship. Not everyone is happy with her declaration of independence, however, and there's bound to be fireworks!
This story draws much of its inspiration from the American War of Independence (Revolutionary War), giving it a modern twist for comic, and ultimately, murderous effect. Don't expect a protracted lesson in 18th century politics and warfare, but do be prepared to question those who claim to support Mrs New-England's cause and those who stand up for her husband as they weave a web of mystery around this sorry state of affairs.
