Many of our mystery events are suitable for kids, but we also specialise in providing mysteries aimed at children. Whilst these formats could be provided for any age group, if you have a group of teenagers then you should also look at the page murder mysteries for teens. For those below about the age of 12 we would suggest that the party should revolve around the solving of clues, finding of treasures, completion of tasks etc. to solve a mystery. These tasks could encompass treasure hunts, games, craft activities/making things, completing obstacle courses etc., and would always be made suitable for the age range concerned.
Running a Mystery Party for Kids
Murder To Measure would typically provide two people to run a children's party, both of whom would establish the mystery story and guide the guests through the challenges to be completed in order to solving the mystery, find the treasure or unmask the villain. Usually each guest receives a goody bag for solving the clues and of course there is special attention payed to the birthday boy or girl where appropriate.

Mystery of the Vanishing Vampire10 - 14 Guests / Ages: 8-12
To celebrate the opening of the scary new theme park, Vampireland in Transylvania, the guests have been chosen by Jack Ular, the owner of Castle Alucard and Vampireland, to take a frightening challenge. Their challenge, if they choose to accept, is to spend a night in one of the rooms in the haunted West Wing of Castle Alucard in Vampireland. If they successfully complete the challenge, and survive the night, they will each win the sum of $10,000 and will be awarded a Vampireland Medal of Bravery.
