Murder mysteries in Devon

Devon is just 30 minutes away from many of our performers, so we have a lot of local knowledge to help you find venues in the county. The region has a fine mix of hotels, castles and open moors, with popular tourist sites such as Dartmoor, The English Riveria, Powderham Castle, The Tarka Trail and The South Devon Railway in close proximity.
Dartmoor was the setting for the Sherlock Holmes mystery, The Hound of the Baskervilles. Perhaps you would like to recreate the atmosphere for yourself and try a murder night in Princetown. Dare you venture onto the moors after night falls?
Dame Agatha Christie, the world's most famous mystery and crime writer, was born in Torquay in 1890 and lived for many years in the area.
