The guests in an isolated hotel are enjoying their evening meal, despite the somewhat intrusive manager and incompetent serving staff, when one of the guests announces they have received a disturbing 'phone call from someone in great pain and distress. This leads to a hunt for clues, and eventually a body that is all too familiar to those assembled.
It soon becomes apparent that the hotel is home to a complex web of relationships and not everything that has happened is a coincidence.
We're often asked if it is possible to have a murder mystery dinner where the guests don't initially know that a murder is to happen. If that's what you want, then this is the ideal scenario for it, although it's also fine to let people know in advance that they will be presented with a mystery. The suspects are hotel guests and staff, usually played by Murder to Measure performers, but you can supplement this with your own performers if desired.
